Stacy Mackler

With a focus on 360 degree communications strategies, Stacy has led teams on both the agency and brand side of some of the world’s most well established companies. With a proven track record working with time honored brands such as Lancôme, Clinique and Cartier, she has developed multi-pronged strategies that maintain the DNA and strong equity of such brands while evolving them to reach new and relevant audiences. To that end, she has had great success in identifying and connecting like-minded companies as well as creating and optimizing infrastructures to maximize internal and external communications.

While Stacy has extensive communications experience in many areas since graduating from Syracuse University in 1995, her main focus over the last 15 years has been beauty. While developing campaigns for N.V. Perricone, L’Oreal’s International Designer Collection (fragrances) and Elizabeth Arden at Lippe Taylor, MS&L tapped her to develop a beauty/fashion specialty group within the Global Consumer Marketing Group. With clients such as Cartier, Stuart Weitzman, Keri Lotion, P&G Beauty, to name a few, the division was highly successful during her tenure.

After several years of agency experience, Stacy moved on to join Clinique as the VP, Global Communications. In this role, she set the global communications strategy for over 40 countries. This included a detailed approach in how to maintain existing customers, retain former customers and recruit newer, younger consumers simultaneously. With extensive experience in strategy, Mackler was asked to join Havas PR as Chief Strategy Officer where she worked with many beauty and pharmaceutical clients.

Since 2012, Stacy has served in the role as Vice President of PR & Communications at Lancôme where she is responsible for creating and implementing strategic communications platforms and initiatives for Lancôme across all axes of the brand; skincare, fragrance and makeup. This includes all product launches, events, press and influencer relations and ambassadress and celebrity makeup artist relations.
